Primary 1 Forest School

Primary 1 had a very busy afternoon at Forest School today. They were retelling fairy stories in their handcrafted dens; pretending to be cats in the wild; building ships and pretend fires; making mud chocolate ice cream and digging too. They also found time to lie back and look for creatures in the clouds!

The purple group were out in the woods this morning on a bear hunt, following the clues and completing the challenges left by the hiding ted. They found him and escorted him inside safely too. In the afternoon, it was the turn ofP6 and P7 pupils to head to the woods. No bears for them. Just saws and rope courses to try!
